Two weeks in. I feel better than I have in a while, lost some inches (notice not weight but inches), getting my sweat on consistently and pushing through my comfort zone. How you ask? I signed up for the Oxygen Challenge with Oxygen Magazine. Highly recommend this program. You get 90 days of workouts and meal plans. Be sure to take pics to see your progress. At 2 weeks, I’m seeing definition in muscles and control in my workouts.
