Ok, so we all have them right? You know what I mean, those go to things that help us deal with long lines in the grocery store, traffic, work stress, etc. I definitely have some tried and trues (enter retail therapy-I save myself a lot of money 😀). Retail therapy has definitely been helpful over the years. Of course,it also created a different stress down the road but certainly got me through some tough times.
Another of my coping mechanisms is exercising. It can be something as simple as taking my pooches for a walk to hitting the gym and getting my sweat on. I am a much nicer person in the afternoon if I have gone to the gym during lunch.
